Instructors Brian Hernandez and Olivia Boyd will be directing a class session on the importance of Indigenous and Latino mutants in the X-Men mythos and their impact on the greater Marvel Universe. This class will focus on the artists and writers who brought these mutants to life and the stories they were introduced in, as well as showcasing Indigenous and Latino writers that further highlighted parts of the characters backgrounds and culture, further emphasizing the importance of representation in storytelling.
