Nathan Szerdy is a Florida-based artist whose love of comics, classic art and silhouettes come shining through in his works of art. Before becoming a published children’s book illustrator, Nathan worked as a caricature artist at a local theme park for nine years. He typically works in pencils, India ink, acrylic and colored pencil. Nathan’s inspiration is drawn from artists who he has idolized for years–it helps him continue to grow and stay positive! Creating a piece that artistically challenges him brings him the greatest happiness. He has drawn covers for Marvel Comics including works involving the characters Magik, Psylocke, Phoenix, and the Scarlet Witch.
